Welcome to RoamXRV ("RoamXRV," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using roamxrv.com (the "Site") or submitting a booking inquiry, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Who We Are
RoamXRV is a family owned RV rental business based in Wesley Chapel, Florida, offering a 2021 Nexus Triumph Class C motorhome for rent. Contact: info@roamxrv.com.
2. Site Use
The Site provides information about our RV, pricing, and a way to request a booking. You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt to disrupt it, scrape it for commercial purposes, or submit false information through any form.
3. Booking Inquiries Are Not Contracts
Submitting a booking request through the Site does not create a rental contract or reservation. A rental is only confirmed when (a) we respond in writing, (b) you sign our Rental Agreement, and (c) any required deposit is received. We reserve the right to decline any request for any lawful reason.
4. Rental Agreement Governs
All rentals are governed by our separate Rental Agreement Terms, which include driver requirements, insurance, deposit, mileage, generator, pet, smoking, and damage policies. The Rental Agreement controls in any conflict with information shown on the Site.
5. Pricing & Availability
Nightly rates, fees, and availability shown on the Site are estimates and may change without notice. Final pricing, taxes, and fees are confirmed in your written quote and Rental Agreement before payment.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including text, photos of our RV, the RoamXRV name, and logo — is owned by RoamXRV or licensed to us, and is protected by U.S. and international copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, redistribute, or use our photos or branding without written permission.
7. Third-Party Links
The Site may link to third-party websites (maps, campgrounds, payment processors). We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of those sites.
8. Disclaimers
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RoamXRV and its owners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim related to the Site is limited to $100 USD. Liability arising from an actual rental is governed by the Rental Agreement.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RoamXRV, its owners, and affiliates from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.
11. Governing Law & Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Exclusive venue for any dispute is the state or federal courts located in Pasco County, Florida.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent version. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
